Online Process:
Follow the steps below to complete your Signature update request:
Under Menu > Click on your name > Under Account Details > In the Signature section
• Click on the Edit option to modify the signature.
• You can also view the current signature here.
1. Follow On-screen instructions > Upload your Signature > Click on 'Generate Form' button.
2. Visit your bank to get the form verified and attested.
3. Upload the attested form and complete the e-sign process.
4. 'In Process' tag will be shown during verification until your signature is updated.
5. If there is any rejection, the reason will be displayed, and you will need to re-initiate the process.
6. Upon completion, you will receive an email confirmation
