Follow the below-mentioned steps to apply for buy back:
Click on Menu > Key Products > Buy Back
Note:
• If the DDPI (Depository Participant Digital Interface) is activated, still you need to verify your holdings through the T-PIN process.
• Buybacks will be displayed on the listing page once they are active for participation, i.e., on the start date.
• Ensure that the shares are available in your demat account on the record date to be eligible for the buyback.
• Apply for the buyback between the issue open date and the issue close date.
• Once your buyback request is accepted by the company, the shares will not be available in your portfolio.
• If your buyback request is successful, you will receive an email from the concerned registrar.
• The shares will be debited from your demat account, and you can view the transaction on your DP transaction statement.
• The settlement amount will be credited to your linked bank account by the registrar.
