What are Direct Mutual Funds?

Modified on Sat, 10 Jan at 3:24 PM

Direct Mutual Funds are mutual fund schemes that are offered directly by the mutual fund house, also known as the Asset Management Company (AMC). In this case, there is no involvement of a third party, distributor, or agent. Investors can directly deal with the AMC to invest in these funds. By investing in Direct Mutual Funds, investors can save on commissions that are typically charged.
