What is the difference between Pay Later (MTF) and Pledge Shares?

Modified on Sat, 10 Jan at 3:48 PM

In Pay Later(MTF), you get funding from m.Stock for buying stocks in the share market. You can use this capital to undertake delivery trades. However, in Pledge Shares, you pledge your existing (approved) stocks with the broker and in exchange, you receive funding (margin). With this funding, you can trade in Intraday, Futures & Options and pay later (MTF)
