Why can’t I buy options near expiry even though I have sufficient funds?

Please note that fresh positions in option stocks are restricted from being created during the expiry week; you may create new positions only until Friday of the expiry week. 

Any positions that are carried forward will be squared off by the RMS team from Monday 11.45 am. 

Margin is blocked as below:
