Bank Modification

Users need to fill bank modification form to add 5th bank account. Also have to attach one of the following self-attested bank proofs: 

  • Personalized Cancelled Cheque (with name printed on the cheque leaf) 
  • Bank Statement (with Client Name, Account No., Bank Name, IFSC Code, MICR No) 
  • First Page of Your Bank Passbook (with the bank and account holder's name, Account No., IFSC code, MICR) 

The mentioned set of documents needs to be duly filled and signed. Kindly courier the same to the address mentioned below:

Note- 

  • We can check the offline request status on Outlook. Where the KYC team sends email to CE with the status of modification. 
  • Users’ can change their default bank online by selecting the default option in the bank modification section 
  • Users can request the deletion of a secondary bank account by sending an email from registered.
