Steps to change mobile number online:
In Menu > Go to profile > Select Account Details >In Personal details click on the Mobile edit option > Enter the required contact details to be updated
Note:
• An OTP will be sent to your registered email ID and mobile number, also you need to validate the OTP sent to your new mobile number.
• Once submitted, a confirmation message will be displayed on the screen.
• The request will be executed within 1 to 2 working days.
• You can place a change request for either the mobile number or email ID, but not both at the same time or on the same day.
• A previously registered contact number cannot be updated again
