Please follow the below mentioned steps to change email id online:
• In Menu > Go to Profile >Select Account Details > In Personal details click on the Email edit option > Enter the required email id details to be updated
• An OTP will be sent to your registered email ID and mobile number, then you need to validate the OTP sent to your new email ID.
• Once submitted, a confirmation message will be displayed on the screen.
• The request will be executed within 1 to 2 working days.
• You can place a change request for either the mobile number or email ID, but not both at the same time or on the same day.
• A previously registered email id cannot be updated again.
